Our farm is located in Sunshine, North Carolina, nestled in the beautiful Western North Carolina Mountains between Charlotte and Asheville. We strive to continually improve the ecological heath of our farm through regenerative farming techniques. We never use pesticides, chemical fertilizers, hormones, nor antibiotics on our land or animals. Our sheep and cows grow fat on nothing but the diverse mixture of grasses, forbs, and legumes that grow in our pastures, organic minerals, and hay if we run out of stockpiled grass before spring. We practice rotational grazing to improve forage production, soil fertility, and the health of our livestock. We enjoy feeding our family and we are honored to share our products with our community.
